Founder and cancer survivor, Pamela was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma in July 2005.  Her goal is to make other's lives easier while living with the disease.   Pam grew up in Fort Lauderdale, and graduated with a degree in Human Resources from American University in Washington, DC.  She has owned her own businesses since 1994.  She has worked with her husband at thier interior remodeling and construction company  Most recently, she opened a women's consignment boutique. This enables me to "combine fashion with my love of bargain shopping".   Pam has been a member of the Plantation Junior Woman's Club since 2003, where she co-chaired the club's event for Make-A-Wish for four years.  In 2007, she was voted Woman of the Year and was recognized by the General Federation of Women's Clubs.
As of December 2005, Pam will be in remission from her cancer for 5 years.

Derrick Caglianone, CFO

President, Jimerico Construction, Inc.

Co-Founder, Derrick is Pamela's husband and was her caregiver during her treatments.  He took six months off work to stay by her side and has learned far too much about cancer.  Derrick is partners in Jimerico Construction, as well as other development companies.  Derrick was past president of his homeowners association and worked with the YMCA in southern California.

Dean Gross, Treasurer

Wells Fargo Insurance and CPA

Co-Founder, Dean serves as Treasurer for the corporation.  Dean graduated from the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting.  Dean is a CPA and licensed insurance agent.  Mr. Gross has held positions with big six accounting firms and is currently Vice President and Commercial Agent for Wells Fargo Insurance Services. 

Dan Gross, Esq, Secretary

Basso Gross Fried, PA

Dan Gross, Esq is a partner with the law firm Basso, Gross & Fried.  Mr. Gross serves as Agent of Record for the corporation.  Dan graduated from the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor's degree in advertising and Nova Law School.  Mr. Gross worked in Tallahassee in the states capital for the Florida Department of Insurance in Legal Services. 

Kevin McShane, CPA, Esq, Advisor

Kevin McShane is a licensed CPA and Attorney in both Florida and California.  Mr. McShane graduated from the University of Florida.  Mr. McShane now resides in California where is is a practicing attorney.
